These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GCS") govern the sales of products concluded on the site www.bigodiscount.fr , operated by BigoDiscount (hereinafter "the Seller").

By ordering on our site, the customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the site, while stocks last. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description.

Refurbished products are tested, cleaned, and guaranteed to be 100% functional. The cosmetic condition (like new, very good, good) is specified on each product sheet.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
BigoDiscount reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer receives an order confirmation email. BigoDiscount reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or non-payment.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, or any other method indicated when ordering.
Payments are secured via an approved service provider.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are guaranteed in mainland France (and possibly in other areas depending on conditions).

  • Delivery times : generally between 2 and 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Fees : indicated when ordering.

  • Carriers : La Poste, Mondial Relay, Colissimo, etc.

The customer is responsible for the delivery information provided. In the event of an error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Warranty

Refurbished products sold by BigoDiscount benefit from a [3 / 6 / 12 month] warranty (to be specified according to your policy), covering hardware failures (excluding damage caused by the user).
